跑步可以是有氧运动即最大心率60-80%,也可以是无氧运动高于80%, 跑速一般标准6.0即10分钟一英里是Running,4.0-5.9为慢跑Jogging。数年前海军陆战队退伍同事告诉我,海军陆战队PFT跑步标准是28分钟3英里对男生,而女生是31分钟。而他们年龄则17-28岁之间,于是在一段时间的跑步锻炼基础后,我也设定28分钟3英里做为我个人日常跑步的合格标准,虽然我的年龄比他们要长许多。。。。,凭着还算良好的身体素质,保持这个配速一直到去年年末hit my plateau,should I have to increase the intensity?
I like to do other exercises, dancing, indoor cycling, yoga, body pump, hiit, anything but running
Our place isn't even safe for walking, let alone running.

I like running , it makes my heart beep faster and feels really good !!
yoga is excellent one, it helps your body and mind, some type is gentle, but some type is so intense, it can be quite challenging,some poses you have to have a lot strength and balance, it helps your flexibility as well.
a lot of peple think walking is underrated, but it is actually great exercise for your heart and lungs ,especially when you walk quickly. you may try it in the gym for safe issue.

Running requires too much time and ideally outdoors. Our place isn't even safe for walking, let alone running. Chances are I would run into a car and get killed.
