　　据英国媒体报道，北美的鸣鹤因饥饿和疫情急剧减少，美国天然资源保护者为保护这一珍惜品种，在威斯康星州采用人工喂养项目。但是人工喂养的飞鹤丧失了冬天南徙的能力，喂养者于是用机动滑翔飞翼来引导它们如何迁徙。
