Eason陈奕迅最近边忙演唱会演出，边为他的最新EP进行宣传工作。今次EP主题将会延续演唱会主题《Get A Life》而推出，所以碟名亦与Life有关——《Life Continues》，全碟共有六首全新作品及一首商台手机小说主题曲，新碟铁定于2月18日推出。

Eason说：“《Get A Life》本身是一句美国俚语，意思是拥有你的生命吧！而我和演唱会的创作总监等一起构思的主题，与这句俚语极之近似，也是想叫人追寻自己的人生及自己的道路.虽然人生总是有喜有悲，但千万不要因小小挫折而放弃，更不要有灰暗或悲观的想法，即管去拥有你的自我生命，向光明而行。所以我们便用了这句句子做演唱会名称。”

“而大碟主题《Life Continues》便时生命的延续，我希望将最好的延续下好，就好像小女儿的出现，便是生命延续的好例子。她的出现带给我无限的生命力，推动我不断向前行；而今次大碟的使命就是将生命力带给大家，把我最好的音乐延续下去给大家欣赏。”

今次这张《Life Continues》可谓是Eason全家总动员通力合作之作，先讲音乐方面，作品当中最为人关注的便是Eason为女儿写的歌，他表示：“女儿出生后我便想亲自为女儿写一首歌，是曲词一手包办那种，因为看著女儿一天一天长大，感觉她很有生命力，亦带给我许多推动力，所以我想把这种感觉记下来，不经不觉今天我女儿已十六个月大，所以歌名叫《大得太快》真的很贴题呢！”

另外，Eason还把一段女儿牙牙学语的可爱声音作为歌曲的序，听起来给大家很有亲切感呢！除此之外，还有Eason口中公开多谢的爱人徐濠萦，也有在Eason的新歌《人车志》中客串献唱，令整张唱片听来更加完美。
