11月12日，网友陈先生向本网热线反映，苏州火车站南广场西侧一公共厕所的男厕竟然是全透明的，在这样的地方如厕，难免让人觉得尴尬。

陈先生说，自己一走进洗手间就看见对面一块透明的大玻璃，外面马路上的人和车辆看得清清楚楚。“后来我站在外面往里看，虽然有些反光，但也是一览无余。”陈先生表示，这样的洗手间，让人压力山大。

刚从洗手间出来的万先生表示，自己没有留意到玻璃的问题，“里面还有挡板，应该不至于走光吧，不过厕所玻璃用全透明的确实不好，最好改成磨砂的。”

清扫厕所的工人称，来这里方便的人不是特别多，他们首先会选择隔间，用小便池的人很少。

负责火车站设施管理的东吴物业公司保洁部负责人顾女士在查看了洗手间情况后，表示会尽快向领导反映，拿出解决方案。截止发稿时，物业公司王经理承诺，将立即去采购磨砂纸贴在玻璃上，以解市民尴尬，最晚明天就能贴上。
