你吃过玉米炒葡萄吗？近日，位于上海的华东师范大学推出了“雷人”新菜品“玉米炒葡萄”，在网上引起热议，有人高呼：“这是高校食堂要创立中国第九大菜系的节奏么？”记者昨日采访广州大学生，他们多数摇头表示“不敢尝鲜”。
“玉米炒葡萄”的出现，引得一众大学生网友纷纷晒出菜单，盘点高校食堂的“奇葩菜品”。比如2011年华南理工大学广州学院的豉油鸡头；尤其擅用瓜果类的武汉大学食堂师傅“自创”了“中式沙拉”苹果炒西瓜、糖醋哈密瓜炒里脊和红枣银耳煮西瓜；曾风靡一时的月饼炒辣椒“出品”自福建师范大学；湖北经济学院食堂的师傅更是煞费苦心，为防H7N9“发明”了番茄炒菠萝。
而近期面世的“玉米炒葡萄”，被称为继上述“奇葩”菜式之后大学食堂的“又一神作”。有网友称赞“玉米炒葡萄”是“食堂饭菜中的小清新”，但@猫扑则忍不住喊道：“大厨，你是跟汽修学校学的炒菜吗？”还有人高呼，“这是高校食堂要创立中国第九大菜系的节奏么？”
对于层出不穷的“雷人”菜品，网友们的看法可谓五花八门，饶有趣味。“真是把人雷得外焦内嫩啊”，“月饼炒辣椒，是中秋节吃剩的月饼的最佳处理方式，没有之一”……
不过，广州的大学生多数“闻菜名色变”，纷纷表示“不敢尝鲜”。“这名儿一听就让我望而却步，怕吃了闹肚子。”广东财经大学的梁同学幽默地说。但也有同学表示，如果周围的人都去吃，自己或许会抱着好奇心随大流试一试。(记者/赖竞超 实习生/梁欣莹)
