2010年3月5日在蒙古乌兰巴托一名倾倒垃圾的工人崩溃。在垃圾场工作极端困难，在低于-25℃严寒冬季，蒙古经受了30年来最严重的低温气候。目前政府已宣布紧急情况，需要外国援助，以减轻多种自然灾害的长期影响。
