第十一届全国运动会28日在济南圆满闭幕，全运会上为运动员和嘉宾服务的礼仪小姐令人眼前一亮，记者从厦门航空29日在济南召开的新闻发布会上获悉，厦航将于10月30日在济南举行专场招聘会，从373名全运会礼仪小姐中现场招聘100名空中乘务员。 据了解，本届全运会的373名礼仪小姐都是从济南19所高校层层选拔出来的，暑假期间她们在山东旅游职业学院进行了封闭训练，训练内容主要包括礼仪、形体、化妆、体能等各方面。

厦航相关负责人表示，第十一届全运会是他们看到的举办最好的一届，而礼仪小姐也给他们留下了深刻的印象，所以想趁此机会从礼仪小姐中招聘空中乘务员。招聘的要求包括：教育部承认的全日制统招大专及以上学历；2010年及之前的毕业生，其中2010年毕业生其毕业时间应为2010年7月31日之前；年龄方面，大专学历不超过22周岁，本科学历不超过23周岁。除了基本的形象要求外，还要求具有良好的外语听、说、读、写能力，强调有较强的亲和力和服务意识。
据悉，30日的全运礼仪专场招聘会包括形象初选和素质面试两个部分，通过初试的选手要进行体检和外语等项目的测试，才能进入厦航接受培训。
