卸下装束，这个让人神魂颠倒的“美女”竟是一个帅气的男子！他有一个和他的外形一样阳光的名字——田健，馨妃是他的艺名。田健出生在重庆的一个艺术之家，父母都从事戏曲工作，自从上学以后，田健就一直是学校的文艺骨干，高一时，出色的文艺天分使田健渐渐有了一点名气，引起了重庆市新声剧团的注意，并邀请他加入，跟着剧团开始在全国各地演出。千里马离不开伯乐，田健被湖南省京剧团著名梅派青衣徐米弟一眼看中，徐老师就送了一盘梅兰芳的碟子给他看。从此，他也和反串艺术结下了不解之缘。

　　2001年，田健告别父母亲人，只身来到北京舞蹈学院专攻中国古典乐舞。馨妃并不避讳，许多人对他是否男儿身十分怀疑。不少人甚至在演出结束后涌向后台，要亲眼验证他是否为男子汉，更有甚者，他还不止一次遭到同性恋者的骚扰。

　　田健的女朋友是位教师，“她很漂亮，她的形象就像我塑造的舞台形象一样，她的声音就像我舞台上唱歌的声音一样甜美。我喜欢漂亮的女孩子。”田健说。 “最重要的一点，她很有古典气质。” 一次，田健去一个城市表演，演出完后受到一群歌迷们的“围追堵截”，其中就有她在里面，但其他的人索要签名、要求合影时，她没动，一个人远远地站在外围， “我当时就看到她了，她很漂亮，我问她，你要签名吗？她说：‘不，我只要你的电话号码。’”
