政府带头相貌歧视？铁道部选乘务员如同选美

几张动车组选拔乘务员的图片，选拔动车组乘务员的具体要求是：20岁以下，1.65米以上、50公斤以下、相貌端庄、文化素质高。。。。您看着是不是要选美？20岁以下还要文化素质高，文化素质的评判标准基本是看学历，20岁以下能大学毕业的都是天才，天才谁去给你当乘务员？有点矛盾。
