　　何为山寨：通俗得说就是盗版、克隆、仿制等，一种由民间IT力量发起的产业现象。其主要特点主要表现为仿造性、快速化、平民化。主要表现形式为通过小作坊起步，快速模仿成名品牌，涉及手机、游戏机等不同领域，由此衍生的词汇有山寨机、山寨明星、山寨鸟巢等。这种文化的另一方面则是善打擦边球，经常行走在行业政策的边缘，引起争议。
