据说，在深圳，百万身家以上的人多得能从罗湖火车站排到南头关那儿去，能有四、五十公里长，身家千万亿万的人也非常多，看看观澜，华侨城，银湖一带的豪华山庄就知道了，但是，能把豪宅安在海上的却非常少见了。 　　2007年我去了大亚湾附近，也就是大鹏湾一带的东山珍珠岛海域的一个水上浮动豪宅，晚上去晚上回，有些没看清，但仍为其豪华富丽所惊呆。这回白天去了，算是看清楚了，却让人更加心生自卑感，人跟人的差距咋就这么大呢。

　　也就是一年之隔，正厅正房之外又多了一个大花园和一个跑马场，面积也比去年大了几倍，据说，现在该房至少造价在三千万了。主人常年在海外，很少回来。主人爱好绘画，屋子里到处挂满了名贵的油画和工艺品，富丽堂皇，令人叹为观止。

　　该豪宅是私人住宅，不对外开放，所以很少有人知道，但是慕名而来的人很多，在厅堂和主卧里，可以看到主人和陈鲁豫、王石、刘永好、西藏活佛等人的合影，去年，窦文涛也去过那里。
