最近，迪拜又向世界宣布将打造一座史无前例的城中城，这座建筑由Skidmore, Owings & Merrill建筑事务所规划，Meraas承建的Jurneira Gardens将拥有不少于三座高挺的上部构造，它包含：一个门型广场，一个派克大楼。虽然这个特大的工程将会花费大约950亿美元，但是能够看见一座城市依照可持续性发展的理念被规划出来还是值得期待的。Jurneira Gardens已经进入挖地基阶段了，预计整个建筑群要12年才能完工。

Jurneira Gardens将是一个混合的经济体，它组合了底层、中层、高层的各种空间，融合了各种商业、居住、零售、娱乐等设施。绿色的建筑群，可持续性发展的资源规划的概念将主导城中的任何区域搭建计划，在智能科技和极限经济学规划的帮助下，节省每个区域的消耗，让集体社会生态效用最大化。

Gardens的中心装饰将包含一个三重的摩天顶，它会有 3281英尺高，建成后，它将成为阿拉伯联合酋长国的第三高层建筑，它的三个塔将由一系列的悬浮玻璃走廊连接它和迪拜历史上的知名的阿拉伯海湾有异曲同工之妙。塔楼高达1800英尺，由太阳能能源板、风力涡轮机提供能源，并在大楼设计上引入多种节能措施。
