2007年3月11日，电影《灌篮》开机典礼在上海市东方明珠广场举行，主创人员、各个投资方代表及所有演员出席，包括：周杰伦、蔡卓妍（阿Sa）、王刚、曾志伟、吴宗宪、黄渤、陈柏霖、陈楚河、阎妮、南拳妈妈组合等。吸引了众多媒体记者，还迎来了
粉丝和市民驻足围观。早前周杰伦表示要在电影中跟多位女演员在片中谈恋爱,而阿Sa将会饰演篮球队的经理人,与Jay共同奋斗,并肩作战。此外,阿Sa的老拍档陈柏霖今次亦不会做她的情人,而是她的哥哥。“当柏霖的妹妹,相信演出时会更加投入及真实,因为可以做回私底下的我们,尽情地将我们疯狂的一面在戏中表现。
