　　2010年5月16日，上海世博会波兰馆以其新奇的“剪纸艺术”外观迅速地抓住了游客的视线，无论在白天还是夜晚，分外迷人。2010年正值世界著名钢琴演奏家、作曲家波兰人肖邦诞辰200周年，这令本已绚丽的波兰馆更添一层光彩。

　　波兰馆的点睛之处即在外观。其具有丰富直观画面感的外形抽象且不规则，表面布满镂空花纹，仿若民间剪纸。波兰馆体现了一系列中国和波兰文化的共通之处，剪纸造型就是其中之一。

　　步入展馆，色彩变幻的光线穿过剪纸图案在馆内营造出一种明暗错落的效果，使观者产生奇幻美妙的感觉。视觉体验，视觉形象和沟通形式占据着主导地位。
