近日，数十位入选今年的美国小姐(Miss USA)选美的佳丽穿着性感内衣和渔网袜在床上拍下一系列艳照，有的甚至只穿了宽大的男性衬衫入镜，被部分保守民众批评伤风败俗。
据报道，2010年美国小姐选美本周日将在赌城拉斯韦加斯举行决赛，这些年仅20岁左右的佳丽们，在摄影师指挥下，穿着内衣在床上摆出撩人姿势，部分来自保守南方的佳丽开始不愿意，但担心不拍的话会影响摘冠机会，只好硬着头皮上阵。
宣传照虽然是黑白的，但最近在选美官方网站上公布后，主办方接投诉电话接到手软，许多人说照片煽情又淫荡，原本就被批物化女性的选美活动，这回可真是赤裸裸的卖弄性感。
关怀美国妇女协会人士批评，主办单位此举相当庸俗，“美国妈妈们很忧心。”也有媒体质疑，上届的加州小姐因爆出未成年拍裸照的丑闻被主办方取消加州小姐的后冠，但今年主办方却主动替佳丽们拍暴露的艳照，“似乎有双重标准”。
不过，主办方则表示这些照片拍得“很有品味”，“现代女性可以兼具智慧和性感。”美国小姐主办单位的母公司“环球小姐选美会”，属于地产大亨川普(Donald Trump)旗下的事业，川普认为他照片拍得很艺术、有点性感、很漂亮，没有什么问题。
