下来介绍操作过程：第一步，将钓的一尾约2斤重的鱼置于案面，切头、去鳞、宰杀置净~ 配料：小米椒、泡姜、泡缸豆、葱姜蒜、辣椒、花椒备齐~

第二步，开火，热油~~
