俄罗斯人爱喝酒已成为公认的事实，但被俄罗斯人称为“生命之水”的酒也使不少人不能自拔，在严寒的冬季，街头巷尾游荡着许多找不着家门的醉汉，一种名为醒酒站的地方就成了酒鬼的收容所。

马车夫曾在醒酒站工作
俄罗斯醒酒站的历史可追溯到俄末代沙皇尼古拉二世时期。1902年开设了第一家醒酒站，醉鬼在醒酒站里住宿和医疗救助都是免费的。

当时醒酒站除了对醉鬼实施医疗救助，还把酒鬼的孩子接过来暂时安顿。有趣的是，医生和马车夫是醒酒站的“常驻”工作人员。每天马车夫游走于城市的每个角落，发现醉鬼后，就将其带回醒酒站，由医生对其进行救护治疗。

此后几年里，类似的醒酒站不断在各地开设。在赫鲁晓夫时期，这些醒酒站不断得以重建，在此后的勃列日涅夫时期和戈尔巴乔夫时期，尤其是实行反酗酒运动中，醒酒站在俄罗斯遍地开花

经济不好醒酒站门庭若市
如今的醒酒站和沙皇时期的醒酒站大不相同，这是一种结合了派出所和诊所功能的“招待所”，由警察和专业医护人员共同提供服务。

一进入冬季，各地醒酒站就开始忙碌起来，一般是两个警察上街巡逻，寻找醉倒在街头、餐馆或某个角落无人问津的酒鬼，并将他们带回醒酒站。

询问姓名住址并拍照片留档后，警察便会脱掉醉鬼的衣服和鞋子，让醉鬼到醒酒站里的一间“集体卧室”睡觉。有的醉鬼被发现严重酒精中毒时，医护人员则将他们送往医疗中心抢救，然后再关其“禁闭”，直到他们清醒。

工作人员说，“一年之中醒酒站里没有一天是空的，平均每天都有30个醉鬼送进来”。

这些被送入醒酒站的人，有的是普通老百姓，偶尔一次喝高了，有的则是屡教不改的“惯犯”，几乎每天都要到醒酒站报到，有的则是流浪汉。据报道，在节日期间或者经济不好的时候，醒酒站常门庭若市。

常收到醉汉感谢信
为了帮助醉鬼放轻松，醒酒站的墙壁经常涂成绿色，以自然风光为背景。工作人员说，如果只是轻微酒精中毒，工作人员会对他进行思想教育，然后让他回家；

如果发现醉酒者血液中的酒精含量超过规定的标准，且口齿不清，走路困难，那这个醉酒者就只能在醒酒站里待一晚上清醒清醒了。

醉鬼在醒酒站里住宿、洗澡、治疗和其他各种服务都有相应的收费标准，醉鬼在第二天酒醒之后，交完各种费用或者通知家人前来结账，方可离去，但一些流浪者身无分文，酒醒后没钱结账，醒酒站也只好放行。

工作人员还说，醒酒站受到人们的好评，“如果醉汉在这里闹够了，回家就不会再闹事，也不会再打老婆。冬天警察把喝醉的人带回来，救了很多人的命，经常收到醉汉的感谢信”。
