今天外出办事在三元里碰到这样一幕：时不时看到有老外（老黑为多）拉着两个小女孩的小手边走边笑，刚开始以为他们带着中国朋友的女儿出来逛街，当时也没多在意。 约一小时回来后，这一幕还在继续，但拉着她们小手的不是当时的一小时前看到的老外。在天桥上观察了一会后发现，原来她们是在大人的教唆下缠着老外讨钱！两个各自都还带着还在吃奶的小孩若无其事地在街边“踩点”，而另外较大的两个小女孩（我看顶多三四岁）跟着老外：如遇脾气好且“慷慨”的老外，她们会主动靠上去拉着他们的手，拿到钱后便返回“根据地”并“上缴”至她们母亲；如果老外不给，则缠着他们走三四十米远，甚至咬他们的手。整个过程一般都在“母亲”的教唆下进行，实在是“高”。后来走近发现，她们每一次向老外讨到的钱一般是5毛或1块。
有一句话是这样说的：“三岁定八十”！可悲啊，正值该接受良好教育的祖国的花朵就这样在自己无知母亲的手中糟蹋了！如今这世道，身穿正装的“民警叔叔”目睹这一幕只不过“轻轻地飘过”！
