当地时间2009年5月7日，来自中国天津的31对新人在法国图尔举行集体婚礼。这是第5次浪漫婚礼活动，自2007年以来，已经有171对中国新人参加这一活动。图尔市长让-杰曼（Jean Germain）亲自为他们证婚，并与新人合影留念。中国天津和法国图尔两个城市希望通过这样的方式加深彼此的了解、合作和友谊。
