“一、二、三、四”，番禺广场上，一个个城管执法队员精神抖擞，迈着整齐的步伐从主席台前通过。昨日上午，番禺城管综合执法分局19个中队、600多名城管队员在番禺广场举行“新城管、新形象——队列汇操”活动。这是广州城管部门首次举行大型的“阅兵”仪式。
