　　窃以为孙菲菲第一次整容还是很成功的。原来她的脸至多只能称得上是可爱，塌算梁，不深的双眼皮。尤其是那个下颌骨，看上去脸圆圆的，就是一个儿童的样子，她将来的发展会受限制。整完了的确能算是一张没什么缺憾的脸了。

　　整容以后象韩国人，削骨的痕迹也蛮明显的，不过还是觉得她很PL的，尤其喜欢她的桃花眼。身材也粉匀称。整容整到这个份上，也不枉吃一刀啦

　　可是，可是！孙菲菲好象对“窄脸”的追求好象永远也没有尽头？这就是最近比较雷人那组写真，有没有人觉得她的下颌又缺掉一块了？最早是方的，后来变平滑，现在都有点凹进去了！也可能是瘦的吧，看这瘦的都快成肋排了！

　　杨幂不算是磨腮，据称是拨智齿。说实话我不知道是不是真是是拨牙可以瘦脸，而且瘦得这么明显的。因为牙没了，牙床还有，脸形主要是考牙床支撑的。所以我怀疑她做过脂肪体摘除，就是和张BC一样的手术。

　　至于效果嘛，大家都看到了，不是一般的残。个人以为杨MM其实做错了手术。她原来的脸，虽然方，但不宽，长宽比例比较适中，如果瘦了脸，脸型就变得过长了，当中又凹进去，也就成了大家后来看到的“苦瓜脸”。
