源自法国最自由的极限运动“跑酷”最近传入中国，在北京、上海等大城市悄然出现并很快被年轻人接受。
跑酷即为Parkour，把整个城市当作一个大训练场，一切围墙、屋顶都成为可以攀爬、穿越的对象，特别是废弃的房屋。Parkour诞生于上世纪80年代的法国，有“超越障碍训练场”的意思。跑酷是一项街头疾走极限攀越运动。
