2007年12月16日19时，香港TVB8金曲颁奖礼将盛大举行。《TVB金曲榜颁奖典礼》为一年一度的华语乐坛盛事，总结歌手全年成绩，表扬为歌坛付出努力的音乐人。全球华语乐坛精英将聚首一堂，竞逐最具代表性的乐坛桂冠。TVB8会以卫星直播整晚盛况至世界各地，让全球华人都能欣赏这星光熠熠的音乐盛会。林忆莲(听歌)、周杰伦(听歌)、张靓颖(听歌,blog)、厉娜(听歌,blog)等入围此次颁奖提名，在16日晚角逐奖项。
