方中信：“深蓝”酒吧
方中信、郑浩南与钱小豪1998年在九龙尖沙咀林道开了“深蓝”酒吧。他们每逢星期六都会前去巡视业务，有三个猛男坐镇，女性客人特别多。捧场有明星杨恭如、韩君婷和张耀扬等。酒吧平时晚上10时人气平平，完全没有酒吧的气氛。不过，一个星期最旺的就是星期五晚11时至星期六凌晨2时，通常都会逼爆场，赚得盆满钵满。

天心：C25°咖啡馆
天心最引人注目的莫过于她火爆的身材，但C25°中的C并不是C罩杯的意思，而是表示Cafe25°是煮咖啡最佳的温度。
与普通的咖啡馆相比，C25°的装潢与色彩别具一格，它整体都是挑高设计，搭配大片的落地玻璃，显得明亮、宽敞、爽朗，与咖啡馆一向的幽静、低沉、雅淡风格有所区别。同时四周颜色以深红色为主，角落配以别致的盆景，别有一番异国情调。C25°咖啡馆中陈列的有天心从英国带回来的咖啡具，颜色亮丽润泽的咖啡杯，让人爱不释手，客人一般饮用的有可爱小猫的马克杯，也别具童趣。

张信哲的“三千院”
素有“情歌王子”之称的台湾歌手张信哲，在上海梧桐辅路的乌鲁木齐路上开了一家“三千院”。这是一个闹中取静的地方。“三千院”的建筑极其惹眼，全透明的玻璃镶嵌在粗糙的木质梁结构中，显出浓重的现代意味，每片玻璃的相交之处，都用一支黄色霓红灯连接。这里的菜色更是一门艺术。“三千院”以经营手工日式料理为主，结合些许上海本土特色。厨师本身就是一位艺术家，每一道料理都是突破食材和摆盘的限制倾心创作的艺术。尤其要提及的是“尺煮烫”这道招牌菜，据说由主厨偷师自日本寺庙，烹饪步骤相当繁琐，仅是将牛蒡等6种蔬菜细切成丝分别入罐炖煮就需要周折半天的工夫。这道菜仅在上海的“三千院”有得一尝。
