从去年9月底《至尊百家乐》主持工作被换掉后，加上面临吸毒、勒戒，台湾女艺人萧淑慎演艺工作停摆1整年，昨天(13日)她以面膜活动代言人身份终于再复工，她不但瘦了一圈，做体操时还精神不集中、眼神涣散、恍神吐舌，她不爽再被冠上“恍神女王”的封号，辩解说：“是怎样，腰椎痛不能吐舌头吗？”强调自己是被赶鸭子上阵，而“赶鸭子”活动为她带来70万元(新台币下同)进帐。

据台湾媒体报道，萧淑慎去年9月21日参加《至尊百家乐》录像时，不仅脸色惨白、流泪、摇晃、精神状况很差，连正常说话都有困难，当时她强调是眼睛痛所致，但因为当时她从52公斤爆瘦到45公斤，被怀疑有嗑药之嫌，后被验出吸毒接受勒戒。

停工1整年，昨代言复工，做体操时却又表现恍神！近一整年没工作，虽然萧淑慎照样开名车、住大房子，但随着减重成功，她也开始一系列抢钱计划，昨天她表示，名下房子已几乎都出清了，只剩北京东三环1处不值钱的房子仍空屋中，为什么卖房子？她说：“没钱啊，我已经1年没工作了，本来北京房子也要卖的，但因为未来工作重心在大陆和香港，所以，想留着以后到北京拍戏可以住。”北京房子搁置2年，期间她不曾探视过，难道不怕被非法侵占？她霸气十足说：“谁敢抢我大姐头的房子！”

2007年7月23日才因吸古柯碱勒戒完毕的艺人萧淑慎，才过115天，11月14日又涉吸古柯碱遭逮。警方说，萧淑慎前夜以庆祝生日名义，与友人齐聚家中吸毒，警方昨破门时，发现萧淑慎暴瘦十多公斤，几乎不成人形，警方问她是不是萧淑慎，她恍神到来不及反应地说：“是！”随即被警方带回。检警指出，萧淑慎这次再犯，最高将面临五年以下的刑责。
