最美丽的灾难 领略震撼所有人的超级“冰暴”

　冬天里的雨水，听上去好像很普通，跟降雪差不多少，不会有很大危害。但是如果降水地区的地表温度在0度以下，降水落到地面同时就开始结冰，就可能造成巨大的灾难，除了交通不便之外，有时它可以让整个地区的电力中断持续几周以上。但是也有人很喜欢这种灾难，因为那样外面的世界都变得晶莹剔透，带给人异常震撼的感觉。
