　　从云南中甸北上，海拔一路升高。不停地上山下山，再上山下山，下到山脚就进入了四川乡城的地界。听扎西说，这一路散落着很多露天的天然温泉，有的就在公路的河边上。进入一个小村子，果然看见有群妇女在泡温泉。她们赤身露体、谈笑风声、无拘无束地泡在温泉里，自由、自在、自然，与大自然浑然天成，一幅人与自然和谐相处的美好画卷。对于这种纯天然的洗澡方式我们称之为“天浴”。

　　在藏族民间，每年的藏历七月沐浴节闻名遐迩。藏历7月，不论是城市还是牧区、农区，都有一个群众性的传统沐浴活动。据藏族历算书籍记载，太阳运行到第10宿43度时，即农历八月交节（白露）后7日内，澄水星出现，因之一切水皆成甘露，此时入水沐浴，能祛除污秽、疾病和罪孽，因而也称药水节，藏族的沐浴节即源于此说。在藏族民间，这个时期恰逢雨季刚结束，河水澄清，水温适宜，风和日丽。人们在河水中洗头、洗身、洗衣服、洗被褥，除去一年的污垢，并在水中游泳嬉戏。男女青年还可以互相邀约，竞相击浪泅渡。节日期间，全家团聚在河边丛林之中，沐浴后喝茶、聚餐、饮酒、叙家常，或引吭高歌、翩翩起舞……他们相信，经过一周的洗浴，能够避免伤风感冒，不染瘟疫和恶疾，还能延年益寿，强健筋骨。
