正月初九，烟台2007毕业生人才招聘会上午7点开始，然而天不亮，会展馆广场上就已聚集了近万名学子。为防止因拥堵发生踩踏等意外，根据往年经验，市区两级公安部门和武警支队提前抽调了240名民警和武警现场维护秩序。距7点开场还有半小时，会展馆广场上已聚集起逾2万人，大学生们都同样一个动作：双手紧攥应聘简历，眼睛直盯着会展馆入口，很少说话。7点，会展馆入口开放，馆内各摊位前很快便围满了应聘的学生。
